Biography:                    On October 23, 2010 Ashley Caldwell was blessed with the opportunity of representing the state of Ohio and ultimately becoming a role model to others. Ashley grew up in Rural Southeastern Ohio in the small town of Gallipolis. In 2004, Ashley was crowned Gallipolis River Recreation Festival Queen. She also received coveted awards such as Class Clown, Best Smile, and And Most Athletic in High school. She was an active member in 4-H throughout her high school career. After graduating from River Valley High school in 2005, she pursued furthering her education at Marshall University. After 2 years, Ashley decided to chase the passion of hers and transferred to Shawnee State University's Dental Hygeine program. She looks forward to graduation in the spring of 2011 and entering the workforce.

Ashley has always been a community volunteer and searches to help others. Starting young, she participated in local blood drives moving into larger roles such as donating time to organizations such as The March of Dimes. Being an Ambassador for the Pink Ribbon Girls is one thing that Ashley is proud of. More recently, Ashley has also volunteered in such events as: Educating children in her local school district on the importance of oral Hygiene, ADA's Give Kids a Smile Day, Shawnee State University's Children's Health and Wellness Fair, Ohio University's Health and Wellness fair, Pleasant Valley Hospital Foundation, Gallipolis River Recreation Festival, and Shawnee State University's annual Bear Run 5K. Biography:                    Amber is originally from Austin, Texas where she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in communications. She moved to New York City four years ago with great ambition and big dreams. Shortly after finding an apartment, she landed a stellar job as a publicity assistant at an entertainment PR firm. While publicizing, Amber also worked as a part-time nanny for several families in the city. Eventually she realized her love for children was unmatched and she was meant to teach, support, and inspire children. Biography:      Brittany attended New Mexico State University where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha women's sorority and held the position of President in 2008. She graduated from NMSU with honors in May of 2009 with a major in marketing and a minor in advertising. Immediately after graduation she began her work with Teach For America. She is now a pre-kindergarten teacher at Rocky View Elementary School in Gallup and will complete her 2-year commitment with Teach For America this spring.

Brittany loves teaching and loves her students. During Brittany's first year of teaching her classroom received the honor of being named a Òmodel classroom" in the Gallup McKinley County School district because her students were highly invested in their classroom goals and their education. Brittany believes that in order to solve the poverty crisis in America we must first ensure that every child receives and excellent education so that they are able to attend college and lead prosperous and happy lives. This is what motivates Brittany to be the best teacher that she can be. Brittany also works as the director of the after-school program at Rocky View Elementary and teaches an art class for older students twice a week.

When Brittany manages to find free time in her busy schedule she enjoys spending it with the people who mean most to her, her friends and family. She enjoys traveling, around the state of New Mexico, reading, playing board games, and expressing her creativity through painting, drawing, or designing. She says, ÒI love any opportunity that will allow me to challenge my creativity and create something unique." Brittany likes to learn new things, meet new people, and try new food, and she is also a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Mexico.

Brittany's next steps are to further her education by attending graduate school in the study of psychology or early childhood development. She plans on becoming an advocate for early childhood education and development. She also aspires to become a children's book author and illustrator and she is currently in the process of writing her first book.

Biography: Julianna is a graduate of the College of New Jersey where she majored in Communication Studies. In school she participated as a field reporter for the school's television station, was an active sister of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, and was involved in the theater program.

Julianna is the daughter of Claire and Dave White, and has an older sister Danielle. She comes from a large extended family with thirty-one aunts and uncles, 45 first cousins, and two wonderful grandmothers that have always been supportive of her endeavors.

Along with participating in 3 major theatrical productions at her school, she has professionally acted in 4 feature films in Philadelphia and New York. Her acting work has been displayed in numerous film festivals across the country and even in India with the major Bollywood film, Kurbaan. Julianna also works full time as an In-House Model for QVC, Inc. Her other modeling work has been seen in national bridal and prom campaigns, the cover of Philadelphia Magazine, in the pages of national magazines, and many commercials.

Julianna is also very active in the fight against Breast Cancer. Her mother is an amazing 5-year survivor and she has helped raise thousands of dollars for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and other organizations throughout the years.
